The Trail of Green was a temporary public art action by a group of artists in 2009 in response to Iranian people’s protest over presidential voting fraud in Iran.
The artists involved were not affiliated with any political party, organization or group. This Temporary public artwork was installed several times in various locations in Los Angeles from June 2009 through January 2010. Many groups in other cities around the world replicated this installation in their respected cities.
